These are examples, not limits. If it fits in a compact cargo van and is going somewhere local, we can run it.
How a same-day pickup works
- Call or text. Tell us the pickup address, the drop-off address and what you're sending.
- We confirm. You hear straight away whether we can fit it in, when we can collect, and the price.
- We pick up and go. Your item travels directly to the recipient. No depot and no handoff to another driver.
- You get confirmation. An email or text with the time and who signed for it, or a photo for an agreed drop.
One-off or regular
You don't need an account or a contract to book a single pickup. If the same run starts coming up every week, we can turn it into a scheduled route at set times.
Common questions
How much notice do you need?
The earlier in the day the better. Availability depends on the day's route, so call or text and we'll tell you straight away if we can fit it in.
Can you deliver by a fixed time?
Tell us the deadline when you book. We'll say whether we can meet it before you commit.
Which areas do you cover?
Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph, including runs between them. Toronto and Hamilton on request.
What about evenings and weekends?
Standard hours are weekdays 8am to 5pm. Evening and weekend runs are available by arrangement.
