How deliveries are handled

• Sealed packages only. We carry what you hand us, sealed, and deliver it as instructed. We never open a package.
• A signature at every handoff. The recipient or the person you name signs for it, and you get the time and the name.
• Nothing left unattended. If nobody is there, we contact the pharmacy and follow your instruction: wait briefly, deliver to an alternate contact, or bring it back.
• Straight from pickup to drop-off. No depot and no handoffs. The package stays with the same person.
• Confidentiality. We sign a confidentiality agreement with your pharmacy before the first run, and we never photograph contents.
